1. This Program is conducted by Abbott Laboratories (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“Abbott”) to reward participants for using eligible FreeStyle Libre Sensors, which are limited to FreeStyle Libre 1 and FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensors (“Sensors”).
2. The Program shall run in Singapore from 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2027 (“Event Period”). The last date of entry into this program is 31 March 2027.
3. Participants earn a “Libre Star” each time a Sensor is newly activated using the Singapore LibreLink app during the Event Period. Each “Libre Star” earned is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Libre Stars are not awarded for replacements of Sensors from Abbott.
4. Only Sensors purchased in Singapore from the following authorized sellers are eligible for the Program (please visit the FAQs at freestylelibre.com.sg/support/faq for the full list of authorized sellers):
   
   1. a) freestylelibre.com.sg
   2. b) Abbott Official Store (LazMall & Shopee Mall)
   3. c) Guardian, Watsons & Unity (including e-shops, if any)
   4. d) Selected pharmacies in hospitals and clinics (including e-shops, if any)
5. Each participant may collect up to 10 Libre Stars under the Program. After all 10 Stars are collected, the participant shall be deemed to have completed the Program and will not be eligible to repeat it.
6. Each participant may be entitled up to four (4) rewards subject to them reaching specific milestones. The four reward milestones are upon accumulating Three (3) Libre Stars, Five (5) Libre Stars, Seven (7) Libre Stars and Ten (10) Libre Stars.
7. Upon reaching any of the reward milestone, the participant will receive an email containing instructions to redeem their rewards. Rewards must be redeemed within two weeks of receiving this email and each reward at each milestone may only be redeemed once per participant.
8. The rewards to be redeemed under this Program include a foldable backpack, blender, luggage organizer set and a $50 voucher (which may only be used at freestylelibre.com.sg). All reward redemptions are subject to availability and may not be exchanged, returned or refunded. Notwithstanding, Abbott retains the sole discretion to discontinue any reward redemption and substitute it with another item of similar or lower value without prior notice. All rewards redeemed under this Program shall be in as-is condition and Abbott shall not be held liable for any defects or issues related to such rewards.
9. The redemption of any reward does not deduct any Libre Stars from a participant and the participant may continue to accumulate Libre Stars during the Event Period until he/she is deemed to have completed the Program.
10. Only participants who have consented to marketing communications will received notifications from Abbott regarding this Program, including but not limited to updates to accumulation of Libre Stars, amendments to the Program terms and instructions to redeem rewards. While it is not mandatory to consent to receiving Abbott’s marketing communications, we would strongly recommend doing so. 11. Abbott may, in its sole discretion, modify, restrict, supplement and/or amend the Program terms, including terminating the Program without prior notice.
