How do I join the Libre Stars Milestone Program?
Each user, who has consented to marketing communications, will automatically join the Program. If you wish to opt out from participating in the Program, you may contact our customer service team by calling 1800 272 2881 or email adc-cs.sg@abbott.com. Both Libre and Libre 2 Plus sensor models can be used to earn a Star. Only sensors purchased in Singapore from the following authorized sellers are eligible for the Program (please visit the FAQs at freestylelibre.com.sg/support/faq for the full list of authorized sellers):
- freestylelibre.com.sg
- Abbott Official Store (LazMall & Shopee Mall)
- Guardian, Watsons & Unity (including e-shops, if any)
- Selected pharmacies in hospitals and clinics (including e-shops, if any).
If I use a reader to activate a sensor, will I earn a Libre Star?
No. Only sensors activated using the Singapore LibreLink app will be captured as a sensor activation.When will the Libre Stars Milestone Program end?
The Program will end on 31 May 2027. Participants will not be able to earn any more Libre Stars or reach new reward milestones beyond the Program end date. Note that the last date for new participants to join the Program is 31 March 2027.If I replace my sensor before it reaches the end of its usage period (14 days for Libre; 15 days for Libre 2 Plus), will I still earn a Libre Star?
Libre Stars are awarded when a purchased sensor is activated. Replacement sensors activated before the original sensor’s usage period ends do not earn Libre Stars.
