  • I have a subscription that I purchased prior to the introduction of this offer. Does my subscription automatically update to this subscription offer?

    If you have a subscription that commenced prior to this subscription offer, it will not automatically update to this offer. In order to receive the benefits of this offer you must purchase a new subscription. You may cancel your previous subscription at any time.

  • If I cancel my subscription but then start a new one, will my previous orders count towards my sixth order being free?

    Unfortunately the orders you have made in a previous, cancelled subscription will not count towards the order count of a new subscription.

  • If I pause my subscription, once I've resumed it, will my previous orders count towards my sixth order being free?

    Yes, if you resume a paused subscription that was started as part of this subscription offer, all previous orders count towards your sixth order being free. If you resume a paused subscription that was commenced under a previous subscription offer the previous orders won't count towards your sixth order being free.

  • Can I have multiple subscriptions running at the same time?
